How to report something

Use the suggest a route form — it is the same inbox. Include the page URL and what looks wrong. It is the only contact channel this site has, so please do not expect a reply through any other route.

What we can fix

Anything that is ours:

• a route that is missing, or one that should not exist
• a wrong or misleading drive-time estimate
• a place name spelled wrong, or the wrong town for a destination
• a broken link, a broken page, or a page that 404s
• wording anywhere on the site that overstates what we do

What we cannot fix

Anything that belongs to Viator or an operator:

• a booking — we cannot see it, change it, or cancel it
• a price, a departure time, or an availability calendar
• a listing’s description, photos, reviews or cancellation policy
• a refund, a no-show, or a dispute with a driver

Those all sit with Viator and the operator named on your confirmation. We have no access to any of it — see about this site.

What happens next

Factual errors get corrected in the site’s data and go live on the next deploy. If a correction changes something a reader may have acted on, we note it on the affected page rather than editing it silently.

This is a small site. There is no guaranteed response time, and we are not promising one.
