What this site provides

Information about Costa Rica shuttle routes, and links to book them on Viator. That is the entire service. This site is not a transport provider, a tour operator, a travel agency or a booking agent, and nothing on it creates a contract of carriage between you and us.

Bookings are with Viator and the operator

When you follow a booking link you leave this site. Your booking, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Viator’s terms and by the terms of the operator listed there. We are not a party to that contract.

We therefore cannot, and do not:

• hold, view, modify or cancel any reservation
• issue, approve or chase a refund
• guarantee that a vehicle arrives, arrives on time, or is of any particular standard
• act for you in a dispute with an operator

Anything to do with a booking must go to Viator or the operator named on your confirmation.

Accuracy

Drive times on this site are estimates, not schedules — see the editorial policy. Prices, availability, durations and cancellation terms come from Viator and can change at any time; the listing at the moment of booking is what counts, not what this site displayed.

We try to keep route information correct and will fix errors that are reported — see corrections — but the site is provided as is, without warranty that it is complete, error-free or continuously available.

Affiliate relationship

This site earns commission on qualifying Viator bookings, at no additional cost to you. It is disclosed on every page carrying such a link and set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to break into it, or republish its content as your own. Route names, place names and Viator listing data are not ours to license to you.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the foot of this page is when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.
